About Me

Cait: I am a stay at home Mom to three fantastic little boys. I spend my days just trying to keep up with the mayhem they create. I have a loving and supportive husband. I am an avid Crossfitter and believe heavily in proper nutrition. Food is fuel. You put crap in, you get crap out. That being said, we live in a world where there is garbage everywhere. My goal with this blog is to make paleo more accessible, so that families can stick with it for more than 30 days. I have seen so many wonderful changes in my family since we made the switch over four years ago, I highly recommend you give a paleo lifestyle a try!
