Wow, what a treat. I didn't have the arrowroot the first time, so I just added an extra Tablespoon of coconut flour...they turned out great. The second time, I used the arrowroot. To be honest, since there's an egg, I don't think it needs it. Thank you so much for the perfect almond flour/coconut flour chocolate chip cookie.
